Kay Vargas Design provides professional interior design services by appointment and consultation. A curated product shop will also be available on the website in the near future.

• All services must be booked in advance.
• All bookings are subject to a signed service agreement which outlines deliverables, timelines, and fees.
• Product offerings are limited and curated exclusively by Kay Vargas Design.
   

We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and other major credit/debit cards.

All payments for services are due in advance at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated in the signed service agreement. Payments for products must be completed in full at checkout.

• No refunds will be issued for appointments or consultations once booked and confirmed.
   

• Refunds are only available for physical products proven to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
• To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing sufficient photographic proof of damage.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion and only if the product is returned in unused condition.
   

• Design services may be delivered via email or conducted in person, depending on the nature of the appointment.
• Turnaround time varies by project scope and will be specified in your individual service agreement.
• For physical products (once the shop launches), standard delivery timeframes will apply and be stated at checkout.
   

All content on this website, including templates, design deliverables, graphics, branding, and text, is the property of Kay Vargas Design and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or redistribute any content, design files, or templates provided by Kay Vargas Design.

• Users are welcome to leave reviews or testimonials on the website. 
• Kay Vargas Design reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content submitted by users if it is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or violates our terms.
   

We use third-party platforms such as Notion and Google Drive to deliver services and digital assets. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers.
